Mobile Terms of Service
Terms for Vennture text messages.
These Mobile Terms of Service apply when you opt in to receive SMS, MMS, or other text messages from or on behalf of Go Vennture, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Vennture ("Vennture," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
Message Program
Vennture messages may include account notices, membership updates, event reminders, community updates, support messages, transactional alerts, promotions, offers, resource recommendations, and other communications related to Vennture products and services. Message frequency varies.
Consent Is Not Required for Purchase
You do not have to consent to marketing text messages to purchase from Go Vennture, LLC or use paid Services. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Go Vennture, LLC and its service providers to send recurring messages to the number provided, including through automated technology where permitted by law.
Costs and Carrier Terms
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Vennture text message, where available, or by following any unsubscribe instructions provided in the message. After you opt out, we may send a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages to that number unless you opt in again.

For support, reply HELP where available or contact support@vennture.com.
Number Changes
If you change, transfer, or deactivate your mobile number, you agree to opt out before doing so or notify us promptly. You agree not to provide a number that you do not own or control.
Privacy
We handle personal information related to mobile messaging as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent records may be shared with messaging providers and carriers as needed to operate the messaging program.
Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any mobile messaging program, or update these Mobile Terms, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated Mobile Terms.
