Refund Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and returns.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Go Vennture, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Vennture ("Vennture," "we," "us," or "our").

30-Day Default Refund Period

Unless a specific offer, checkout page, written agreement, event page, promotion, or applicable law states otherwise, Go Vennture, LLC provides a 30-day refund request period. The 30-day period begins on the date of purchase, registration, subscription start, renewal charge, or access activation, depending on the offer.

To request a refund, contact support@vennture.com with your name, email address used for purchase, order or invoice information, and the reason for the request.

Memberships and Subscriptions

For recurring memberships or subscriptions, approved refunds generally apply only to the most recent eligible charge within the 30-day refund request period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

A subscription refund may be approved only once within any 12-month period. You may cancel a subscription at any time, but if you have already received a subscription refund within the previous 12 months, any additional refund request during that period will be denied unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a membership or subscription includes a stated trial, guarantee, promotional refund term, or special cancellation rule, that specific written term controls for that offer.

Lifetime Offers

Unless a specific written offer states a different fixed term, any Go Vennture, LLC or Vennture offer, membership, access right, discount, product, feature, or service described as "lifetime," "for life," or similar language means a fixed access term of five years from the date of purchase, activation, or grant. It does not mean the lifetime of any person, company, product, platform, or technology.

The 30-day default refund request period still applies to lifetime offers unless a specific offer, checkout page, written agreement, promotion, or applicable law states otherwise.

Events, Workshops, and Live Programs

Event registrations, workshops, live programs, retreats, and similar offerings may have separate cancellation and refund rules shown on the event page or checkout page. If no separate rule is stated, the 30-day default refund period applies, except that Go Vennture, LLC may deny refund requests made after the event or program has started if substantial access, preparation, limited seating, or live delivery has already been provided.

Digital Products, Courses, Downloads, and AI-Guided Resources

Digital products, courses, downloads, AI-guided resources, templates, recordings, and member-only content are eligible for refund requests during the applicable refund period unless the offer states that it is final sale or non-refundable. Go Vennture, LLC may deny a refund where there is evidence of misuse, excessive access, downloading, copying, or abuse of the refund policy.

Merchandise or Physical Products

If Go Vennture, LLC sells merchandise or physical products, items must be returned in the same condition received, unused, with any original packaging included, and with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

The following may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise: gift cards, final-sale offers, completed consulting or custom services, sponsorships, donations, partially or fully attended live events, used or downloaded digital materials, and purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method when feasible. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at support@vennture.com.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can review and resolve refund issues. We reserve the right to suspend account access while a chargeback, payment dispute, or suspected fraud matter is pending.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
