Terms of Service

Terms for using Vennture.

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, membership services, communities, events, AI-guided tools, content, resources, products, subscriptions, and related offerings operated by Go Vennture, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Vennture ("Vennture," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Vennture Services

Go Vennture, LLC offers a guided ecosystem under the Vennture brand for community, events, membership, resources, expert content, AI-supported pathways, and the Tolemy Map™ framework. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement we have with you.

Memberships, Subscriptions, and Billing

Paid Services may be offered as one-time purchases, subscriptions, memberships, event registrations, digital products, or other offers. Prices, renewal terms, payment schedules, taxes, and included features will be stated at checkout or in the applicable offer. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, renewals, taxes, and fees.

If a paid Service renews automatically, it will continue until canceled as described at checkout, in your account settings, or in the applicable offer. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or allowed under our Refund Policy.

Clear Meaning of "Lifetime"

Unless a specific written offer states a different fixed term, any Go Vennture, LLC or Vennture offer, membership, access right, discount, product, feature, or service described as "lifetime," "for life," or similar language means a fixed access term of five years from the date of purchase, activation, or grant. It does not mean the lifetime of any person, company, product, platform, or technology.

During that five-year term, access remains subject to these Terms, platform availability, acceptable use, payment of any applicable fees, and any limitations stated in the offer. Go Vennture, LLC may replace, modify, or discontinue specific features while providing a reasonably comparable access benefit where commercially reasonable.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless a specific offer, checkout page, written agreement, or applicable law states otherwise, Go Vennture, LLC provides a 30-day refund request period.

Events, Communities, and Experts

Community spaces, events, expert profiles, and provider recommendations are intended to support discovery and connection. Go Vennture, LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome, business result, relationship, health result, financial result, personal improvement, or professional result. Experts, hosts, providers, and community members may have their own terms, policies, fees, and responsibilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Vennture, LLC's total liability for claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Go Vennture, LLC for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Vennture, LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, partners, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, User Content, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of another person's rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for Go Vennture, LLC or others, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the Services in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
